Its so hard to keep away from the temptations of not eating right especially during this festive season of Syawal. With all the good food going around, it must be pointless to have the thought of losing weight. Some might asked, "Why start with a diet and a not working out?" Not everyone have their method of cutting down weight. I prefer to kick out the old habits and changing my diet and then slowly adding on workout. I did it before and Insya Allah i can do it again. This time ard, i'm mixing it up with some supplement like whey protein. Never used it before. Lets see if it brings result.

One thing that i'm not discipline of is having enough sleep. Not having enough sleep can make you gain weight and the blood pressure will increase. And i'm now in the office for work. (a bit fucked up to work on a Sunday and i just had 3 hours of sleep)
