So last night i went for my 2nd IPT(Intensive Physical Training) back in the army camp. (Yes....the Singapore government required those who used to serve in the army to be combat ready.)

I was ready to push myself as i am in the weight loss group. However, they were using us for a survey on endurance training. Basically the exercises that are required to be done under 1 min are,

-Squats
-Push-ups
-Shuttle Run
-Sit-ups
-a 3.2km run

Did the squats and sit-ups, skipped the push-ups cos my right arm injury, did not do my best for shuttle run.
As usual i was walking for the 3.2km run. Are they crazy? Its freaking 3.2km!! Even though i was walking, i realised i was actually breathing much easier than before and i did not strained my left calf like i always did.

Woke up this morning feeling sore all over my body. Does this endurance training really works? Or maybe because i don't exercise regularly? Will give it a try. Lets say 3 times a week. Since i can't do normal push-ups, shall do the improvised and simplified version that i saw on YouTube done by DDP-Yoga.
